Transit

Getting to our home from San Antonio Airport is a breeze. If you prefer driving, car rental services are available at the airport. A quick 15-minute drive via US-281 S will bring you straight to our doorstep.

Alternatively, taxis and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are easily accessible at the airport. It's a convenient option if you prefer not to drive. You can also consider using Wingz, a service offering pre-scheduled, flat-rate rides to and from the airport.

To get to downtown San Antonio, there are a few options. Driving is straightforward and usually takes around 20 minutes via I-410 S and I-10 E. Free parking is provided at our home, making it easy if you have your own vehicle or rent one.

If you'd rather not worry about parking downtown, rideshare services are a good choice. They are readily available in the area and offer an easy way to travel.

Public transportation is also available. VIA Metropolitan Transit operates several bus routes connecting different parts of the city. Route 64 is a convenient option, with a stop just a short walk from our home and direct service to downtown.

With a variety of transit options available, you can choose what works best for your needs and itinerary.

House Rules

Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. Please let us know if you need flexibility with these times and we will try our best to accommodate. We do charge early check in and late check out fees for $15 an hr if given to us 24 hours ahead of time. Staying beyond the check out time will cost $50 per hr as our cleaners are paid by the hour and have a strict schedule.

No Smoking: Our home is smoke-free. Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Please dispose of any litter if smoking outside, failure to do so could result in $100 extra dirty cleaning fee. $200 smoking fee is given if evidence of such is found inside the home.

Pets: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets at this time. $500 pet fee is given if evidence of pets found without owner consent. (service pets are of course allowed always)

Pool Safety: The pool area should never be accessed without adult supervision. No running or rough play in the pool area. Use of the pool is at your own risk. No glass containers are allowed near the pool area.

Respect the Property: Please treat our home with respect. Any damage to the property or its contents will be charged to the guest.

Trash: Please dispose of your trash in the bins provided and recycle where possible.

Maximum Occupancy: Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy of 16 guests.

Parking: Free parking is available, but it is limited to 4 vehicles parked overnight. Please park responsibly.

All Guests on Reservation Staying: All guests staying the night must be accounted for. Our property charges an extra guest charge for every guest over 6 guests so not giving us the correct number can result in a $50 per guest fee per night.

No Parties or Events: To respect our neighbors, no parties or events are allowed, unless it is otherwise agreed upon before you check in. $1,500 party fee will be given if evidence is found that an event or party took place without owner consent.

Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM. Violation of this will result in a $500 quiet hours fee.

Maximum Occupancy: Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy of 16 guests.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund of the accommodation fees, cancellation must be made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to the local check-in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in.

For a 50% refund of the accommodation fees, cancellation must be made 7 full days prior to the local check-in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in, otherwise no refund. If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.

Service fees are non-refundable.

If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to us or the given platform within 24 hours of check-in.

Please note that this cancellation policy may supersede the guest’s cancellation policy when considering certain extenuating circumstances. Us or a travel platform will make a final decision on all cancellations and refunds.

Guests are encouraged to take out appropriate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen cancellations.
